We are committed to shipping your purchase to you within 3-5 business days from your purchase date. Due to the nature of our small business and the frequent customizations for products, some customized products could take longer. The shipping carrier will be selected based on the best way to get your product to you in an effective manner.
return & exchange
return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. To start a return request, please reach out to contact-us@sentimently.shop.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return instructions. We will not accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.

damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized or custom-ordered items are unfortunately not eligible for returns unless the product has a mistake or is defective.
exchanges
An exchange may be made by first returning the item you purchased. Once the return request has been accepted, please purchase the new item – your refund on the original purchase will be processed as soon as possible.
refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
